What can I place in My Skip?
It is a common misconception that skips can cater for all types of waste. A general waste skip is limited to accepting the following types of waste:
- Garden waste e.g. grass cuttings, leaves
- Household waste
- Paper
- Wood
- Plastics and PVC
- Metals
However, we can provide specialist skips to dispose of construction and inert waste. If you are looking to dispose of other sensitive and hazardous waste types, then don’t panic!
Additional Charge Items
At Aasvogel we can provide more specialist waste management service if required. This includes an additional charge to dispose of more complicated waste items. The most common of these are listed below:
- Asbestos: We can run an identification test and then advise on a correct method of disposal
- Plasterboard
- Tyres
- Fridges and freezers
